Order Processing And Shipping
Our business hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 11:00 PM EST or over the weekend will be shipped the next business day. Shipping prices are for shipping within the United States of America. Shipping to other Countries will acquire an additional shipping cost. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Keep in mine international shipping may take longer due to customs and distance. Once you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Return and Exchange Policy
BSHA’ take pride in maintaining high quality assurance that we stand by. All of our hair is prepared and professionally packaged at our warehouse in the USA. To ensure that you receive the best quality product our hair goes through a strict quality control. All orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please see below return policies for in stock hair products and custom orders.
IN STOCK HAIR PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY
Return must be postmarked within seven (7) calendar days from the date of order delivery. Any exchange request after (7) calendar days will not be honored.
All items MUST be in brand new condition. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered ( combed, picked, cut, brushed or modify the item, removed from the weft or processed ) in any way. Any lifting, rinsing, coloring or removing hair from weft or processing the hair in any way will VOID ALL EXCHANGE REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE. Under no circumstances can the lace be cut on the lace items.
All tags , packaging or promotional items must be returned with product.
All exchanges are processed as a store credit. Pending inspection, you will be issued a store credit for the item(s) you are exchanging, a charge will be processed for exchange order.
All items returned to us for exchange must pass restock inspection. If the returned item is unsuitable for re-stocking, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
If in the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or your merchandise is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately. Items must be examined upon receipt and notify us within seven (7) days if any item is missing or damaged. BSHA’ will not consider any claims for missing or damaged items more than seven (7) days from delivery date.
Allow up to fourteen (14) business days for your return/exchange to be processed.
Initial shipping fees, return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.
All returns must have completed Exchange Form.
For health precaution, all exchanges are closely monitored to prevent the return of contaminated or worn merchandise. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if our return policy conditions are not adhered to.
CUSTOM ORDER RETURN POLICY
Custom orders are made especially for you so items cannot be returned or exchanged, sales are final.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND OR STORE CREDIT ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
If you decide to cancel your custom order within 48 hours after it has begun processing, you will be issued a store credit only.
PRODUCT MUST BE EXCHANGED FOR SOMETHING OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PERMITTED.
You must send product to us to process exchange.
To process an exchange the unwanted product need to be sent back using our pre-addressed labels
Once product has been received it will be examined thoroughly.
If product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for equal or greater value.
Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable. For a return or exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise to us.
